About PSPS
Big enough to deliver. Small enough to be accountable.
How We Got Here
PSPS started because Nick and Hampton kept seeing the same problem — property managers who couldn't find contractors they could actually count on. Missed calls, vague timelines, surprise invoices. They knew they could do better.
Nick brought years of hands-on carpentry experience across residential and custom home construction. Hampton brought the operational mindset of someone who'd been building and running businesses since he was young. Together, they built PSPS around a straightforward idea: show up when you say you will, do the work right, and be the kind of company people actually want to call back.
That approach has grown into a full-service property services company — but the principle hasn't changed. Every project still gets the same personal accountability that started it all.
The People Behind PSPS
We're a small team on purpose. When you work with us, you work with us — not a call center, not a rotating crew. Here's who you'll be dealing with.
Hampton Scribner
CEO
Hampton founded his first business at a young age and quickly built a reputation as an entrepreneur. Through growing Puget Sound Property Services, he's focused on optimizing service delivery, refining marketing strategy, and building the systems that drive consistent, profitable growth.
Today, Hampton leads business development and operational strategy with an emphasis on expansion, efficiency, and long-term scalability. His approach is shaped by quick thinking, sharp problem-solving, and the kind of humility that comes from building a company from the ground up.
Outside of work, Hampton keeps things simple — you'll find him outdoors fishing, off-roading, hunting, skiing, or working on his car.
Nick Olson
Co-Founder
Nick is a skilled carpenter with four years of hands-on experience building high-end custom homes. His background in residential construction brings sharp attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship that carries into every project he takes on.
He's also deeply rooted in the Bellevue community — Nick volunteers with Young Life, coaches Bellevue lacrosse, and brings that same sense of accountability and mentorship to the job site. His leadership is grounded in reliability and strong relationships.
When he's not on a job site, Nick is usually golfing, fly fishing, or upland bird hunting with his Brittany Spaniel, Winston. He also spends time with friends and family at his Whidbey Island property, where pickleball has become a serious hobby.
Ben Miller
Finance and Accounting
Ben founded his first company while in college and quickly developed a passion for helping businesses build stronger financial systems. As an accountant, he began working with PSPS as one of his earliest clients — and that partnership has only grown from there.
Today, Ben directs the company's financial operations and is committed to helping both PSPS and its clients succeed. He brings the same rigor to the books that the rest of the team brings to the job site.
Ben is a two-time judo national champion from his college days and still stays competitive in athletics. When he's not crunching numbers, he's usually outside or playing acoustic and electric guitar.
